This conversion from former auction house to entertainment venue required a Heritage Impact Statement due to its position within the setting of a listed building. Atelier MB provided analysis of the site and the impact of proposals upon the building and its surroundings, resulting in a successful planning consent. The venue now serves as multi-use food and drink destination with live music facilities, a basement club, an attic bar with roof terrace, and four floors of re-purposed space.
