Underused space in a former Ancoats spinning mill, converted to flagship offices by Atelier MB. 

This EPC B rated refurbishment provides a diverse working environment for an expanding IT company, woven around existing historical features. Through considered use of zoning, careful re-routing of services and a clear understanding of our client’s needs, we created a bespoke multi-purpose environment. Tenants enjoy the combination of open plan workspace, private meeting pods and a warm and informal communal area. A balance of tailored requirements and the flexibility to grow and adapt, sympathetic modern interventions and existing historic features, this is our unique response to a unique space.
